Class Overview

This introductory class at the Well teaches you how to use the fitness machines effectively, allowing you to work on your strength and fitness goals. It's perfect for beginners or those with injuries, as the machines can help you target specific muscle groups while avoiding movements that may exacerbate injuries. The class is limited to 10 people, and you'll learn how to adjust the machines to fit your body and use their stability to your advantage. This is an all levels Class and please wear supportive shoes.
