Class Overview

This class fuses pilates with strength training and yoga. It is fast-paced, challenging, and well rounded if you are looking for a full body workout that involves the breath and proper alignment throughout class. Expect to sweat and groan, and prepare to be sore in the best way! You will use weights and props, which we provide. This class is barefoot.
