Our 40 minute “quickies” are a slimmed down strength and cardio blast! Just like our full 60 Minute Hiit Fit classes - get ready for slam balls, wall balls, dumbbells, agility ladders, kettlebells, TRX, Rowers, Bikes, sprints, Body weight drills and anything else we can think of to throw at you!
