Class Overview
Beginner Boxing Level 2 This class will start with a quick refresher of your Level 1 class and then we will show you uppercuts and body shots: punches 4, 5, 6, 7. And how to bob 'n weave or “roll” under punches. You will need gloves, rope and wraps - available to rent at front desk. 60 mins. Must complete at least 1 of each Level 1 and 2 Beginner boxing classes before taking our Intermediate Boxing classes (unless you have prior boxing experience - then talk to us!)Class Types
