BEGINNER BOXING LEVEL 1 This is where it all starts! Let us show you how to wrap your hands, jabs, crosses and hooks, basic foot work and how to slip punches. This is not a hard workout - but it’s the 1st step in getting you ready for our hard workouts! You will need gloves, rope and wraps - available to rent at front desk. 75 mins. Must complete at least one Level 1 class before taking Level 2.Class Types
