Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers. This class focuses on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout.   • Workout towels and cold lemon/eucalyptus/lavender towels provided for after class
  • There's free filtered water, so bring your water bottle.
  • The studio sells boutique workout clothes, grip sox, and Kind bars.
  • There is local, metered street parking on the street or 2-hour neighborhood parking on nearby streets. 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. Classes combine core strength, cardio, and stretching in an intense, fun workout. Tucked away on darling Sacramento Street, the studio is filled with energizing music, Balanced Body equipment, and a wonderful community. Over 75 classes are offered each week, taught by tough, dynamic instructors that have been rewarded with 5-stars by a loyal following.
