The class moves more quickly through movements, with the understanding that the clients have a strong foundation of exercises. Get ready to dive a little deeper, and play with distinctive movements to challenge your endurance, coordination, proprioception, and balance. Often this class includes various kinds of props, or even the jumpboard to keep things fresh and interesting! These classes are not available on Classpass.
