Class Overview

This is a mat Pilates class, focused on stretching exercises and combining them with strength and control. The controlled movements in Joseph Pilates classical mat exercises will work to improve:  -Body Alignment  -Posture And strengthen your muscles to hold these improvements.  ALL levels welcome. The studio is heated.
