Class Overview

*If you are not registered properly via the NXPT App you WILL NOT be allowed to attend this class. - This class may implement Advanced movements ie: Handstand work, Overhead Barbell, Pull ups, etc. All which can be modified for any level. Just come prepared to work!  - 5-15 Minute Warm up focusing on Dynamic Stretching and Priming the muscle groups needed for the Workout Of the Day (WOD). - 5-10 Minute instructional on the movements, standards, form, technique and learning the Workout Of the Day. - 10-30 Minute Workout Of the Day. - Bring: Any accessories needed, Gloves, wraps, sleeves, bands, jump rope needed to perform class.
