Class Overview

At Grotto we understand that every climber is unique. The goal of our Adult Team will be to help create programs that address the weaknesses and highlight the strengths of each team member. This team is designed for adults looking to take climbing at a more serious approach, improving their skills and strategy on the climbing wall. Coaches will aim to provide a productive environment for adults in pursuit of their climbing goals, regardless of level. Through these guided group sessions we aim to develop a sense of comradery amongst climbers and build healthy training habits.
