Class Overview

Although our Barre/Reformer fusion class will give you a full body workout from head to toe, be prepared to focus on your booty and legs. Ballet like Pilates helps you improve posture while building strength, mobility, coordination and balance. Our take on the Barre may vary from Ballet inspired movements to more functional fitness. Either way you will feel the burn of joint range of motion play as we introduce you to mid range movements, pulses and isometric holds. This class will leave a lasting effect as it challenges your body in new and exciting way!

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Studio 1604 fuses a contemporary Pilates approach with other fitness modalities to create a new “Pilates” experience. They will challenge your body’s strength, endurance, and cardio capacity through Pilates-based classes that will always keep your body guessing and your mind wanting more. Pilates is a systemized form of exercises that uses your body weight against gravity to both assist and resist in movement. The exercises focus on core strength and mobility to help you improve your posture and move with precision and control.
