Class Overview

Our 45-minute non-traditional take on a Pilates mat class focuses on the core to strengthen and tone and improve balance and mobility. This low impact, high-intensity workout uses bodyweight and incorporates the use of light to heavy dumbbells, Pilates balls, resistance bands and sliders to target specific muscle groups to create a total body burn! Great for all fitness levels as modifications are offered throughout the class. Class will involve practice in bare feet or with grip socks.

  • Stretch and Pilates classes are held barefoot or with grippy socks (no shoes); all other group fitness classes require athletic shoes
