Class Overview

The best of both worlds! Experience 30 minutes of our intense R1DE class followed by 30 minutes of our BUILD strength training class. All levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable athletic shoes for the BUILD portion. Feel free to attend one or both sessions for this class! R1DE occurs in the first 30 minutes of class. BUILD occurs in the final 30 minutes of class.

  • Stretch and Pilates classes are held barefoot or with grippy socks (no shoes); all other group fitness classes require athletic shoes
