Class Overview

There’s only ONE SK1LL. In our 45-minute signature R1DE class, move to the rhythm and get lost in the beat of the music to challenge both the mind and the body. R1DE is a total body workout developed to build strength and endurance with our 3 C’s: Cardio, Choreography and Conditioning (toning). Each class is a high energy, high intensity experience with a unique playlist crafted to motivate and challenge you with every pedal stroke. We R1DE as ONE and get better together. R1DE challenges with hills, jogs, sprints, and intervals. All standard classes contain choreography. Most of the class is conducted out of the saddle. At least one track is dedicated to arms with hand weights to sculpt the upper body. Cycle shoes are required. Bikes are SPD and LOOK Delta Cleat compatible. Don’t own a pair of shoes? We will have a pair of shoes reserved for you at the front desk at no additional charge.

  • Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time, especially as a new customer
  • Stretch and Pilates classes are held barefoot or with grippy socks (no shoes); all other group fitness classes require athletic shoes
