Class Overview

SKILL BUILD is a high energy workout that is fun for all fitness levels. This class contains interval work and is a total body workout backed by a killer soundtrack! In this class, you will utilize bodyweight in addition to weights and resistance bands to strengthen and tone. To supplement the strength component, you will improve your range of motion - lengthen and strengthen your muscles with a mobility portion in each session.
