Class Overview

Join us in the studio for a 45-minute b3 Mindful Flow class. B3 Mindful Flow is designed to improve joint range of motion, flexibility, and muscle tightness through a series of breath-driven, full-body flows combined with restorative stretching. This deep-dive into mindfulness, mobility, and active recovery will leave you feeling grounded and calm. Yoga mats and blocks are provided in the studio.
