Class Overview

Stretching & Conditioning fuses yoga, pilates, and strength training for a full body workout. Each student is on their own yoga mat the entire class (fireWALL offers mats if you do not have one). Modified for all levels, this class will challenge you yet improve core strength, balance, control, flexibility, etc. It is a physical and mental challenge from start to finish!
