Class Overview

Targeting your FULL BODY, BodyLab is a high intensity class where you'll switch between the treadmill and floor work! Floor work consists of strength and body weight movements. We change up the workout every single damn day, so you'll never get bored or plateau. There are no prerequisite fitness levels or abilities. Our coaches and instructors are educated and trained in modifying all movements for your current abilities!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive ON TIME or early for class, especially if you are new to the facility (electronic waiver will need to be signed)
  • If you have any limitations or injuries you MUST let your coach know at the beginning of class so they can properly modify the workout for you
  • Food and beverage at the studio is credit card only (please visit the front desk to add this information)
  • Please read the street signs and park accordingly
  • Locker room hours are from their first class and through closing time (No one is permitted to leave any belongings overnight)
