Class Overview

MidDay Miles is an opportunity for anyone who wants to get their race training done in doors, or get their steppies in for the day! This is considered a “self led” time frame on the schedule and members need to sign up for that timeframe. Unlimited members are only permitted to use the treads (no weights, no Lab programming, no random workout you found on IG or TikTok).  MidDay Miles will be offered Monday - Friday from 1PM - 4PM. You cannot enter the BodyLab room until 1pm, and you must leave by 4pm! Only 12 members can be in the room at a time. First come first serve for a treadmill.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive ON TIME or early for class, especially if you are new to the facility (electronic waiver will need to be signed)
  • If you have any limitations or injuries you MUST let your coach know at the beginning of class so they can properly modify the workout for you
  • Food and beverage at the studio is credit card only (please visit the front desk to add this information)
  • Please read the street signs and park accordingly
  • Locker room hours are from their first class and through closing time (No one is permitted to leave any belongings overnight)
