ESenEM Yoga is the best of hot yoga, they offer a variety of classes and have wonderful instructors. They are the only studios in Arizona with 100% infrared heaters. There are 25 reserved parking spaces for their yogis.

Class Overview
This class is heated to 104 - 106 and 40 - 50% humidity. Yin yoga is the passive side of our yoga practice. Poses are done seated or lying down on your mat and held for 1 to 5 minutes. This is a still quiet practice and works the connective tissue rather than the muscles aiding in better joint mobility, flexibility and stability. Activate your rest and digest mode through deep breathing and meditation for a sense of calm and overall well-being. This is a not a set-sequence class.Class Types
