Class Overview

Our b3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body, moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment, using heavier weights and resistance bands. Join us in the studio—bare feet are encouraged, or indoor-only shoes if you prefer. Our class is led by a b3 Strength Instructor-in-Training. Free for members.

Know before you go

  • Free parking is available in the lot next door.
  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
  • Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. Mats and props are provided.
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early.
