Class Overview

Medium to moderate intensity. This 75 minute class is for students who want to take their practice to the next level. We will practice breathing exercises, balancing postures, backends and forward bends in a safe and therapeutic way. Postures are held in stillness with rest in between. You will learn proper muscle engagement and functional strength that will give you the confidence to expand your yoga practice. This class is for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. The heat level will be moderate around 95°.
