Know before you go

  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks
  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Mats and props are provided
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early
