Located inside the Oklahoma Athletic Center (OAC), The RIDE Room is a locally-owned spin studio that offers a full-body workout on a bike! Expect a fun, sweaty workout where every class is designed around the beat of the music! Lights are dim, the music is loud, and the energy high! Classes offer 45 to 60 minute ride times with the use of small hand weights!

Know before you go
- Located inside the Oklahoma Athletic Center (3333 W Hefner Road) - you do not have to be a member at the OAC to take classes at The Ride Room
- New riders please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to be fitted for rental shoes and get set up on the bike
- Bike pedals are compatible with SPD cleats
- New riders receive a complimentary shoe rental for their first ride; $3 rental thereafter (also available for purchase)
- Towels and water bottles are provided with no additional charge as well as deodorant, mints, hair ties, bobby pins, and more.
