Class Overview

Low & Slow Yoga is based off the Yin Yoga modality which focuses on long-held, passive poses designed to target the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic and active forms of yoga, yin yoga primarily works on the lower parts of the body, including the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
