Your prescription is in, and it’s our signature strength based functional performance workout that delivers results. Incorporating Personal Training elements with an emphasis on form, intensity, sequence and tempo, makes it approachable for all levels. Know before you go

  • Studio 1 - Strength Rx, HIIT Rx, Fuse, Strike:Wear athletic pants, leggings and/or shorts and tops, and athletic sneakers; bring water bottle.
  • Boxing gloves (available for purchase or rent) and wraps (available for purchase) are required for Strike; put wraps on before class.
  • Studio 2 - Hot We Flow, Hot Power Flow, CoreCon, Pilates Rx, Pilates Fusion, Recharge, Dance Rx: Hydrate in advance - you will sweat! Wear athletic pants, leggings and/or shorts and tops; no shoes in studio 2. Bring water bottle
  • Yoga mat required for Studio 2 classes, except Dance Rx. Mats available for rent or purchase.
  • All studio 2 classes are heated with state-of-the-art infrared panels. Infrared raises the core body temperature using radiant energy without raising the temperature of the room.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class, 10 minutes if you are a first time client. No late arrivals once class has started. (If you do not arrive by class start time, your spot will be given to participants on the waitlist)
