Class Overview
Prerequisites to move on to Silks Level 1 + 2. Must feel like you are ready to move on from Intro to silks and hammock. Can safely climb silks, invert from the floor, execute foot locks from the air.Class Types

Know before you go
- Entrance to the studio is on 15th Ave. Look for the gray door at the end of the building.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and bare feet.
- Leggings or sweats are recommended (rather than shorts) for comfort.
