Class Overview

Want to work on your endurance? Get in a quick sweat before or after work? Maybe you just wanna move a little and don't feel like lifting any weight. Or maybe you want to get better with rowing, biking or running? Great! CircHIIT Shortage is for you! 45-50 min class, featuring the bike, treadmill, rower and on some days some bodyweight and band exercises. There will be a warm-up, explanation of the workout around 30 mins on the equipment.
