The hip mobility and strength class is predominantly floor based and offers students the time and space to work into deep hip openers whilst also working up a sweat. The flow of the class builds to provide a safe yet deep practice that will not only open your hips but will give you an insight into key hip mobility exercises to maintain good hip health.

Fierce Grace's classes are based on classical Hatha, Bikram and Ashtanga yoga and sequenced to adhere to ancient yogic principles, as well as utilizing research on attaining optimum results. Fierce Grace offers a unique series of 12 different classes based on the same core poses and principles, each with a different emphasis, duration and intensity.
