Hip Mobility & Strength: A Deep Dive into Flexibility and Function. This predominantly floor-based class is designed to help you unlock deep hip flexibility while building strength and breaking a sweat. Through a carefully crafted flow, you’ll have the time and space to ease into powerful hip openers, working at your own pace to achieve a safe and effective practice. As the class progresses, you’ll explore key hip mobility exercises that not only enhance flexibility but also promote long-term joint health and stability. Whether you’re looking to improve your yoga practice, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel more mobile in daily life, this class is your pathway to stronger, healthier hips!
