Foundation Hot Yoga: Strength, Flexibility & Focus. This class is designed for everyone—from beginner practitioners to seasoned athletes—offering a solid foundation to build your yoga practice. With a slower pace and longer holds, you’ll work to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and challenge your cardiovascular endurance in a mindful, deliberate way. Each pose is an opportunity to connect with your breath and deepen your practice, making it ideal for all levels. Held in a heated studio, this class will leave you feeling both invigorated and refreshed. Get ready to sweat, stretch, and glow!
