Class Overview

Modo Flow is our signature hot vinyasa-based yoga practice. This class offers a set series of postures (with some room for variation) and builds on the foundation set in our classic Modo practice. Students will move at a rhythmic pace, linking each posture with movement and breath. Modo Flow is a great complement to your regular Modo practice. This class is suitable for students with varying degrees of yoga experience. Postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. This class takes place in a heated room.
