Yoga Nidra is an ancient art and science that takes you on a guided meditative journey through consciousness to an effortless state of being between wakefulness and deep sleep. This meditative practice dates back to approximately 1000 BC and brings to life Yoga's essential teachings. A Yogic practice and ritual of self-care and holistic healing, Yoga Nidra uses a collection of time-tested techniques to help the practitioner experience a mind state often referred to as "peace beyond words." Know before you go
- Please arrive early for your first class to sign waiver (no late-comers permitted; door will be locked 5 minutes after class start and no late-comers will be permitted and no refunds)
- Located near the E/M/6 Lex/53rd St Stop, and near the R/W 59th/Lex train stops. The main street door is unlocked during business hours, students must buzz #700 after 5pm. The buzzer does not make a sound when unlocked, must pull the door.
