Class Overview

This class is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. The first part of the class will be a Vinyasa Flow, combining breath and movement, deepening and strengthening your practice. Together we build strength, cardio, and flexibility. It is an open-level practice, and students are encouraged to take modifications as needed and follow the instructors suggestions of variations throughout, if it is appropriate for their level of practice. Modifications and variations of poses will be given to accommodate a more beginning or advanced practice. Aimed at seasoned beginners and regular practitioners.   The second part of practice will be more restorative, taking longer gentle stretches and using props to support the body to deeply relax and center yourself after the active part of practice.    Sometimes referred to as a Yin (gentle) / Yang (active) Flow - this class is the perfect combination of moving your body and deep relaxation for healing.    NOTE: All Unlimited Memberships are subject to a $10 fee for No Show reservations or late cancelations after 2hrs
