Class Overview
Restorative Yoga is a restful practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of Yoga. Using bolsters, blankets, and other props, your body is totally supported. Restorative Yoga is to release and reduce physical and mental tension to balance your mind and body. Each pose is held for longer than other types of Yoga, normally 6 to 10 minutes. It is a perfect way to release the stress of the week and enter the weekend refreshed and new! NOTE: All Unlimited Memberships are subject to a $10 fee for No Show reservations or late cancelations after 2hrsClass Types

Know before you go
- Please arrive early for your first class to sign waiver (no late-comers permitted; door will be locked 5 minutes after class start and no late-comers will be permitted and no refunds)
- Located near the E/M/6 Lex/53rd St Stop, and near the R/W 59th/Lex train stops. The main street door is unlocked during business hours, students must buzz #700 after 5pm. The buzzer does not make a sound when unlocked, must pull the door.
