Class Overview

A 50 minute total Tower class that combines classical Pilates mat work with the heavy spring resistance of the wall unit (the arm springs, leg springs, rollback bar, and push-through bar). Some classes may include the use of small props, like the Magic Circle or TRIADBALL®, or small barrels.

  • Per new studio policies, all classes at Uptown Pilates' Upper East Side and Upper West Side locations require 2 private sessions taken at Uptown Pilates in order to reserve. If you have completed this requirement, please email info@fitreserve.com.
  • Socks must be worn in the studio at all times
