STUDIO OVERVIEW

The GoRow workout is half rowing and half sports specific weight-training to make you a stronger more efficient Rower incorporated with light stretching between rounds. The classes are low impact, easy on your joints and can burn over 1000 calories per session! Any fitness level is welcome and no prior training is necessary. Each class is limited to only nine people allowing your coach to give the class plenty of individual attention.
