Handstand Balance & Alignment In Gym: Intermediate*   Overall Goals: - Introduce and expand on the strength and mobility needed for handstands. - Develop strength & skills for a free handstand. - Improve Intermediate athletes’ handstand conditioning.   Daily Focuses:- Mondays: Strength and conditioning for Handstands (in gym & livestream)- Wednesdays: More self sufficient exercises & tumbling out of handstands (in gym)- Saturdays: A combo of Mondays & Saturdays + basic prep for press (in gym & livestream)   * Handstands are not for true beginner athletes. However, athletes with training experience who are handstand beginners can start here. True beginners go here to find out which classes are right for you.
