NYL is a boutique yoga studio with a community vibe. The studio offers a variety of classes, from gentle and relaxing to advanced postures and a faster pace. All genders, race, sexual orientation, and bodies welcome.
Class Overview
These vinyasa flow classes are designed with all levels in mind, there are cues for beginners and opportunities for more advanced students. In studio attendance is limited to 14 yogis, so please register in advance. If the class is full, feel free to join on zoom by registering for the Virtual Flow, as we will be live streaming this class.Amenities

- Street parking on St. Mary Street is free (some of the surrounding blocks are metered)
