Class Overview

Yin is all about using gravity, relaxation, and sometimes props to sink into a posture and breathe to allow ultimate tension release. Bring your mat, and bolster or small pillow/yoga blanket, and water. We have bolsters, blocks, and blankets for use should you need them. Come restore and walk out feeling ahhhhh-mazing! This class is warm, not hot.
