Class Overview

Original Hot Yoga 26 & 2 Plus. This class includes all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The first set completed is the beginner posture, the second set includes variations that are optional and a bit more challenging. This class is for students that have had several 26 & 2 beginner classes, know how to safely get into and out of postures, and good awareness of how deep to go. This is critical as the teacher does not provide full verbal directions for each posture.
