Class Overview

Sometimes, we all need to slow down, both on and off the mat. In this slow-flow vinyasa class, you'll connect breath, mind, and body at a gentler pace than our power classes. With dim lighting, candlelight, and soothing music, you'll build heat through movement to prepare your body for calming, longer-held poses.   The slower transitions and longer holds foster improved flexibility, strength, and balance, while providing the time to focus on mindfulness and alignment. Embrace this tranquil practice to unwind, release tension, and prepare for a good night’s rest. Meditation and Yoga Nidra sometimes offered in this class.   All Levels • 80-85 Degrees
