Welcome to our HEATED sculpt class, where we blend the best of yoga, strength training, and cardio for a transformative fitness experience. Join us for a dynamic session that strengthens and tones your body while enhancing flexibility and balance through fluid movements and mindful breathing. With the added challenge of light weights or resistance bands, you'll sculpt muscles and elevate your heart rate with cardio bursts. Leave feeling invigorated and centered after our calming cool-down, suitable for all levels. Join our community and discover the power of Sculpt for a balanced mind and body. This is a hot class so you will leave sweaty but energized.

Know before you go

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in
  • Classes are hot (92-98 degrees)
  • Bring a water bottle (hydration is important while practicing hot yoga)
  • Complimentary towels, props & mats are provided
  • The side door will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to class and promptly locked to ensure security and safety of yogis and their belongings
  • The studio is located on the 2nd level and restrooms/water stations are on the first floor
  • Check in with your instructor upon arrival, and please let them know if you are taking a shower after!

If you’ve been wanting to start a yoga practice (or continue growing one!), Firefly Yoga Loft is your new home. With over 50 years of combined experience, their highly skilled instructors will take you deep into your mind, body, and soul through very modern, and approachable classes. Yoga with Firefly is never just a workout for the physical body, it’s a workout for your entire body. Firefly Yoga Loft instructors will use Sanskrit and English throughout every class and provide plenty of modifications and props so you can safely get into and out of every posture safely. Their goal is for everybody to feel good when they walk into class and to feel even better when they leave. Whether you’re a 50-year-old beginner or a 30-year-old expert, everyone gets what they need out of their amazing classes.
