Our Power class is our Strength class. The focus of this class is to get you toned, and the goal is to lift heavy. Get ready for slow controlled lifts that help build muscle. STUDIO OVERVIEW

AIRLAB is the nation’s first technology-driven workout studio that introduces altitude training to individuals of all fitness levels. Their specialized altitude room simulates high-altitude conditions, enabling participants to experience the benefits of reduced-oxygen training typically accessible only to elite athletes. With a focus on strength, conditioning and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), AIRLAB’s classes provide a challenging and results-driven environment.
