Class Overview

Our Elevate class is our HIIT class. The focus of this class is performance, and the goal is to elevate your heart rate. Get ready to go all out for short bursts with breaks in between. We want to keep your heart rate elevated Depending on the day we focus on different muscle groups. All our workouts will encompass elements of cardio, core, strength, and functional movements. STUDIO OVERVIEW

AIRLAB is the nation’s first technology-driven workout studio that introduces altitude training to individuals of all fitness levels. Their specialized altitude room simulates high-altitude conditions, enabling participants to experience the benefits of reduced-oxygen training typically accessible only to elite athletes. With a focus on strength, conditioning and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), AIRLAB’s classes provide a challenging and results-driven environment.
