GRIT60 Fitness Pines offers full body workouts that are backed by scientific evidence showing that the combination of cardio and strength training is the ideal way to burn calories, lose weight and build muscle. And it’s never the same workout twice which makes it fun and exciting every time! Every session is led by an expert coach and designed to improve fitness, conditioning & help build strength. What makes this sessions special and unique is it's 75-minute duration and adult refreshments offered at the end to close the week out! All fitness levels are welcomed!
