Class Overview

In reGAIN we use 3 functions of fitness to take your strength goals to the next level: Endurance, Resistance & Focus. Expect longer sets, heavier loads (weights & springs) with focused & precise movement patterns. This class is ADVANCED. Please ensure you are confident on the reformer moving while standing on the carriage, lifting 10+ dumbbells etc. Not suitable for first timers, please take 5-10 reformer classes before booking reGAIN.

Know before you go

  • Wear something stretchy and not too loose
  • Grip socks are required (available for purchase)
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts (Late arrivals will be turned away)
  • Check in on your app or at the kiosk iPad (for your first time, check in with Staff)
  • Remove your shoes and leave at the shoe rack or take them along with your personal belongings to your spot and place them in your designated basket
  • No gum, food in the studio, also make sure your drink has a lid. NO GLASS WATER BOTTLES PLEASE

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Inspired by classical Pilates, dance, and HIIT-style workouts, you will experience an elevated take on group reformer classes at the Good Place LV. Their coaches combine their personalities, varied backgrounds, and formal training to curate not only an incredible workout but an experience. Lights, music, format and fun - classes here are a whole vibe. They know the reformer and tower are quite intimidating, however, they know once you try it you will fall in love with the way you feel supported, challenged, and strong all at once. They think every body is a Pilates body and cannot wait for you to try it out and welcome you in with open minds, hearts and big smiles. They have classes for all levels and goals - whether you are just getting started, cross training, seeking recovery, or just have a love of reformer work. There is something for everyone at the Good Place.
