Class Overview

Full body workout on the Reformer. This class will lengthen and strengthen your body, while bringing balance to your body and mind.   Level 1-2 means the class will be working at a level that is suitable for Beginner to Intermediate.  Previous Pilates experience is strongly recommended. Please inquire about scheduling a private session beforehand in order to become familiar with the fundamentals or address any conditions, contraindications or needed modifications. This class is prenatal friendly and postnatal friendly, which means you will be given modifications and options (if necessary) through all 3 trimesters, including the 4th trimester (postnatal). STUDIO OVERVIEW

KOR Pilates is an eco-friendly boutique fitness studio specializing in group Reformer and mat classes. They offer 35 to 40 classes a week, ranging from 6am to 7pm start times with class sizes  limited to 7-12 people depending on the type of class.
