Shoes Recommended!   This 45 minute class will start at 8:45 Sunday. You will move and sweat, keep your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. Sculpt and tone your warm muscles with 4 moves that will increase intensity each round to get your heart rate up.  We'll hit all the major muscle groups so you get that head to toe workout, we all LOVE!   **1 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Incorporating the Lotte Berk method along with elements of pilates and power yoga moves, BARREWORKS' classes are perfect for those brand new to barre and those who are hardcore enthusiasts. We modify each part of the class so that every client, no matter their level, will be challenged and will experience a full-body workout. Using props like sliders, bands and balls along with light weights, classes will work with muscle confusion so that your mind is engaged and your body is changing, faster!
