Class Overview

Have you ever heard the expression "the body keeps the score"? All the tension we hold in our muscles can weigh heavily on the mind, so let’s do something about it!   This class is designed to balance the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of Sweat Yoga’s signature Vinyasa flow to warm up your muscles and enhance flexibility, followed by 30 minutes of myofascial release utilizing therapy balls.   By rolling out these tight spots, this class not only eases physical discomfort but also helps reduce mental stress. Leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to move through life with ease.

  • Parking: free street parking all along both streets, but if street parking is not available you can park in the garage below the studio and bring your parking ticket in for validation
  • Please bring water, yoga mat, and a towel; everything you need is available for purchase or rent
